Lost in the second round for 1 advantage. Never again. I’d rather lose 100 points down than because of one shitty advantage.
Gotta get stronger. Much stronger, but not bigger.
Gotta work on my grip. I still get cramps on my forearms after every fight.
Need to master my half guard pass. I get stuck in there too often.
Never again will I have an omoplata in place and lose it.
Strength, strength, strength!
My spider guard defense needs a shitload of work too.
